Condiciones de reserva de nuestros apartamentos vacacionales:

  • El registro de entrada debe realizarse a partir de las 14.00 hs. Le rogamos confirme su hora de llegada. Si tiene previsto llegar fuera de este horario, póngase en contacto con el establecimiento con antelación.

  • La salida debe realizarse antes de las 12:00 hs.

  • El servicio de limpieza y de cambio de ropa de cama tiene lugar el tercer día de la estancia. Por un suplemento también podrá solicitar un servicio diario de limpieza.


Condiciones sobre depósitos y pagos por adelantado:

El establecimiento cargará el 50% del importe total en el momento de efectuar la reserva.


Tarjeta de crédito:

Se paga en el hotel. Los datos de la tarjeta de crédito se utilizan como garantía.


Condiciones de cancelación:

  • Si cancelas o modificas la reserva hasta 14 días antes de la fecha de llegada, el establecimiento no efectuará cargo alguno.

  • Si cancelas o modificas la reserva fuera de plazo o no te presentas, el establecimiento cargará el 50 % de toda la estancia.


Impuestos y cargos adicionales:

El IVA está incluido. Impuesto municipal no aplicable. Cargo por servicio no aplicable.

Condiciones referentes a niños y camas supletorias:

  • Los menores de 5 años se pueden alojar gratis utilizando las camas existentes.

  • Número máximo de camas supletorias / cunas en la habitación: 0.

Conditions - EN

Our terms and condition for the apartment:

  • Check-in  time should be done after 14:00 hours. We would appreciate it if you could give us your an approximate time of arrival. 

  • Check-out time should be done before 12:00 hours.

  • Cleaning service and bedlinen change will be done after the 3rd day of your stay. If you wish, we offer you a daily cleaning service. This service will be charged additionally.

 

Deposits and advanced payments conditions:

It will be charged 50% of the total amount once the booking has been done. 


Credit cards:

The payment will be done at the apartment. The credit card details are only use as a garantee for the booking.


Cancelation conditions:

  • If you cancel or modify your booking with a minimum of 14 days prior your arrival date, the cancellation is free of charge. 

  • If you cancel or modify your booking below 14 days of your arrival date or you do not show, we will charge you 50% of your stay.


Taxes and additional charges:
Tax is included. No city tax is applicable. Service fee is not applicable.

Children conditions and extra beds:

  • Children under 5 years can be hosted free of charged using the beds that the apartment offers.

  • Number of extra beds per room: 0.

Appartment:

  • Check-in ist ab 14:00 Uhr. Bitte rufen Sie uns an, um Ihre genaue Ankunftszeit mitzuteilen. 

  • Check-out bis 12:00 Uhr. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein verspäteter Check-out zusätzliche Kosten verursacht.

  • Wir reinigen Ihr Appartment und beziehen die Betten neu jeden dritten Tag. Wenn Sie zusätzlichen Reinigungsservice wünschen, können wir Ihnen dies als Extra anbieten. Kontaktieren Sie uns zu den Konditionen.
     

Zahlungsbedingungen:

Zu Zeitpunkt der Buchung berechnen wir 50% des Gesamtpreis. Der Rest und mögliche Extras werden am Ende Ihres Aufenthalts fällig.

Kreditkarten:

Die Zahlung wird im Appartment durchgeführt. Die Details der Kreditkarte nutzen wir nur für die Reservierungsgarantie

Stornierungsbedingungen:

  • Stornierungen bis 14 Tage vor dem Reservierungsbeginn sind kostenfrei.

  • Stornierungen bei weniger als 14 Tagen vor Reservierungsbeginn berechnen wir 50% des Kompletpreises der Reservierung.

  • Bei Kützung der Reservierung weniger als 14 Tage vor Reservierungsbeginn berechnen wir 50% auf die nicht genutzten Tage.
     

Steuern und zusätzliche Kosten:

  • Alle Preise beinhalten die Steuern und Servicegebühren. Es gibt keine Stadtsteuer.

  • Kinder unter 5 Jahren sind kostenfrei.

  • Leider können wir Ihnen keine Zustellbetten anbieten.
